Years ago, I worked with business owners in my 9 to 5 job. In a small town it became clear; we were losing some of our best talents. (Impacting the bottom line for these businesses.) The problem wasn't just external, people leaving for the big city - it was internal, a sense of disconnect and lack of belonging among employees.

Every strong talent was leaving a sharp sting for the community, making me question my effectiveness and abilities and the business leaders I worked with. It felt like a continuous uphill battle, and the pain was all too real; they were leaving to find better work environments and jobs with better benefits. 

Driven by this challenge, I delved deep into the dynamics of the workplace, seeking solutions and learning. I realized that the key lay not in extravagant benefits or high salaries but in fostering a culture of recognition, appreciation, and belonging. I found success by building up both management and employees to strengthen the workplace and the business saw a strong increase in the bottom line.

Today, driven by the transformation I witnessed, I'm impassioned to guide businesses on this journey. I've walked this path, faced the challenges, and now, I aim to share the strategies that revitalized our team and can do the same for yours.
